The information is collected at Cosmicology.in or any of its subdomain like shop.cosmicology.in or cosmicology.shop. You do not have to provide any personal information to use Cosmicology’s services. However, if you choose not to become a member of Cosmicology, we may not be able to provide you with some of the other services that require such information e.g. personalized free horoscopes.
b. Image
Our app utilizes free images or AI generated images exclusively for display purposes within the application, particularly as product or profile pictures. We do not upload these images to other servers, nor do we employ them for any other purposes beyond their intended use within the app. It’s important to note that providing an image as a profile picture is entirely optional, and users are free to do so only if they wish to.
c. Log Files, IP Address and Cookies
When you visit Cosmicology.in and interact with the services and tools that are available there, Cosmicology and third parties with whom Cosmicology team has contracted to provide services to Cosmicology may collect information on your actions. The purpose of this information collection is generally to gather broad demographic information that is not personal. We DO NOT collect any payment information on our website. It is collected and processed in a secured manner by third party payment gateways. We follow reasonable eCommerce industry standards, technical measures and procedural measures to protect against unauthorised access and use of your supplied information. However, you should know that neither we nor any other web site can fully eliminate all the risks.
3. How Users may request data deletion?
- All personal information related to the User account will be deleted on deletion of such account.
